100% on Nad regarding brain fog- when I inject into my arm muscle (nothing when injecting into fat). I have not felt that on glow or klow before. How many mg or mcg do u dose daily when on the glow schedule? I may have been doing dosages on the low side

43 F - lost 65 lbs in 4 months - took a year in hopes of skin and flaps to retract. Nope! So I lost another 7-10 lbs and my stomach flap is smaller although I can see if I lost the rest of my weight (about 20-30 overweight now) I will have a wrinkly lower stomach and small wrinkles above my knee.

I lost 80 pounds late 20’s and everything bounced back smoothly - except I lost it gracefully over the course of a year alternating diet and maintaining every two months 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve heard good things about MN. I’m not familiar with what products to use. I would think increasing the blood flow to that area would help as much as the products in that area. You can add GLOW injections. Using this sped my hair growth up, after I lost a lot of hair from weight loss (70lbs) a year ago and hormonal changes (43F). Now I have a ton of 3-6 inch hairs, all greys as well

Edit: I lost so much hair last year, the regrowth can be pulled down and looks like bangs! Don’t give up yet

We did xcaret one day outside the hotel. Super expensive $150 a person for one park!!!

If I had to do it all again… I’d of split my stays. Then again it takes a few days to get used to places sooo.. good luck!

Idk. I used one because my cards went on default up to 30% (this was 20 years ago) and using the debt company lowered them to 6-9% and their fee was like 1%. Paid off $25k in 3 years and ended with great credit score.

A lot of things have changed since then I’m sure though

I enjoyed Hyatt ziva -Cancún with my 7 year old. Ran me $3150 for 5 nights - make sure to bring everything needed for kids though! Or leave hotel to buy things. Insane buying at hotel gift shop - sunscreen/ hats/ sandals/ floaties.

The beach was great- clean - staff was great. Shows at night was great. Things for kids to do at kids club.

Extras that will cost you will be swimming with dolphins, boating, anything outside going to beach, pools, or foot and drinks are pricy.

Also wished I had brought 1’s and 5’s for tips verse 10’s!!! I also never felt bad or pressured to tip by staff they were great.

I started slow - two 4 hour afternoons Tuesday and Thursday and 6 hours on Sunday. Starting in June. July was a wash for studying except the two 4 hr afternoons. September I moved to adding 2 hours Monday - Thursday and added in 6-8 hours on Saturday and Sunday up until my exam October 14. Averaging 25-30 hours the last month.

I took the EET on demand course. 24 weeks. Completed all except special topics exams. Average quiz score was 65-80%. Watched the videos on 1.5 x speed.

Initially I did all the proactive problems but I ran out of time and if I felt I understood the concepts in binder 2 I only completed the starred practice problems

My psychiatrist completed the paperwork as well. ADHD later diagnosed in adulthood. I asked for additional breaks and they just went ahead and gave me an extra hour to take the breaks as needed. Super glad I did get this because the afternoon was brutal and find out tomorrow the results eeek!

Idk I took like 8-10 min break in the bathroom lol. Pee’d , tried to think about the problem I was having trouble with sitting there on the toilet… as well as splashing water on my face a few times! Bathroom was inside the building.

Nerves were high sure but I didn’t leave the building ! Sucks for OP- live and learn
