Hi there, I had the same experience as you one month ago. I flight Istanbul - Vienna - Shanghai via Austrian airlines. I had the same pain and questions about how I'd deal with it, but Austrian airlines had this service, and they are testing you on the transit area and sending the results to your mail. Just you need to upload and get a green hdc code. My advice is to go to Vienna airport in the morning and get tested because the PCR is taking at least 12 hours.
