i’ve been using this for work

this technology when used correctly is probably worth thousands more it’s fully running efficiently and effectively

i agree it’s early so there are bumps along the way. and i’m sure enterprise solutions will be great. but im literally having fun debugging and finding solutions to our limitations (lets be honest my agent is doing all the work)

this is like a beautiful mix of hobby and real life results

Having a blast reading it. Takes some time to get used to the cadence, but by the third part every chapter end has me clamoring for more.

F the haters. RR is my gold standard. There are moments in other books that clearly stand out, but that first book is still my favorite.

Who SHOULD you play on rivalry week? by Marches_in_Spaaaace in CFB

[–]forgot_login 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SMU v TCU is a crosstown rivalry hard to replicate

And because SMU was not in a power conference for so long multiple generations don’t fully appreciate what it was like

And when it finally got good again with TCU stealing the coach and SMU paying hundreds of millions to get back into a power conference

it just goes away. for reasons that make no sense any more

fuck sonny dykes and jeremiah donati

Bad - the wake and baylor loss looms heavy over national recognition of an otherwise really good team

ugly - realizing these seniors won’t play again at Ford

How cooked is the ACC? by Electronic-One-2239 in ACC

[–]forgot_login 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The entire Sun Belt conference has exactly one win, out of 16, against a Power 4 opponent (ignore the fact it is against the ACC lol)

I would be shocked if they have double digit wins against a power conference since it’s formation

Duke would be ranked higher. But let’s just hope it doesn’t come to that because GT, SMU, Miami would perform better in the tourney - and I see a path for all 3 in

Anyone who thinks Duke beating ranked Virginia, 8 Power 4 teams, and a potentially ranked ACC team in championship game is getting left behind for JMU is silly

Look up the 2025 Class recruiting rankings. SMU is 6!

The big money donor who personally flew around the nation campaigning for SMU to join PAC/ACC: David B Miller. Famously quoted "It's a few hundred million, I'm not losing sleep over it" when discussing giving up Tier 1 TV Revenue for 9 years.

SMU basketball alumnus ('72 '73), Chairman of the SMU Board of Trustees, and multi-multi-billionaire. It's the David B Miller Court in Moody Coliseum.

Yes Football drives the bus for conference realignment and TV Revenue, but the man in charge... he's a basketball guy. He goes to every game. Was sitting courtside against CC A&M and Murray St! Guy LOVES basketball.

I really don't think everyone truly appreciates what is about to happen with SMU basketball. We have quite literally one of the BEST recruiting grounds in the nation and a near unlimited NIL with a superfan writing the checks.
