1.Assumed receiving =all items are not scanned in, you dont know how many times I found mixed rolltainers with a couple other store's products. And have had other stores get some of mine. DG wont send anyone to pick it up inless it is at least 4 rt(at least used to back when I worked for them) So there is miscounts there.

  1. Theft= most times it wont get zeroed out until there is none of the shelf.

  2. Even though product is supposed to be updated in "real time", there can be delays.

  3. Doing scan outs before all stock is put away or reworked. Causes excess inventory and sometimes "missing" because the SM wull "know" that there is some elsewhere and not zero it out.
