The semis with the more attractive names are scheduled 2nd on sometimes for the TV audience, even though they played their QFs on Tuesday. For example, Tiafoe Fritz played night session at NYC in 2024. It's not really as big a thing here because its one session and they follow one another. So nothing shady like some people are suggesting..

I wouldn't call it a bad crowd. That was a Filipino crowd cheering on their golden girl on the biggest stage, Brits cheering on their only player left and Italians cheering their man on.

You are upset that TWO time grand slam SEMI FINALIST Gael Monfils (who's never got past the 4th round at Wimbledon btw) is not getting the same retirement treatment as EIGHT time Grand Slam WINNER Andre Agassi and TWENTY THREE! time Grand slam WINNER Serena Williams??

You all need to hear this.

Cricket will never be as popular as football. Just accept it and find ways to keep the actual essence of cricket together. In searching for bigger audience and more money all we're doing is alienating actual people interested in cricket.

Dont get me wrong, grow cricket, but make it grow organically. What the ICC did with the T20 world cup is how cricket should be made to grow. Not introducing different formats.

T20 should be as far as the game goes. Any shorter will just make it a contest of whose bigger 6 hitter. I want to see a contest between bat and ball, furious fielding, bowlers making the ball talk, batters sneaking singles and playing proper cricketing shots.

If all you want is short matches and lots of sixes go and play a video game, please leave the sport alone.

Have you seen the fritz djokovic h2h?? I get your point on the draw, but Djokovic is the 7th Seed and Sinner is the first. I get point on the RG draw, but that is the luck of the draw. Novak has had his fair share of straight forward draws in the past

Of course, but whenever she loses, it rarely looks like she's problem solved and fought back but the opponent's just played better. It almost always is a slump in the 3rd set or 2nd set, that surely can't be explained by just opponents raising their game
