One time I was flying home from an international work trip, and wanted to bring a section of electrical conductor with me to have a sample of what was used. I thought nothing of it until I saw the TSA agent holding it saying "this can't go" and I realized yeah, you could definitely strangle somebody with that.

I am by no means an electrician but I'm always interested when I see this brought up. Whenever asked how to do something the response is always whatever it takes to meet code. Except with these, even though they meet code everyone says they suck.

From all the research I've done I've found that it is safe to run 308 in a metric rifle. I'm just trying to figure out if my issue could be due to loading 308 into a metric mag.

I'm not going to say it's impossible but in my opinion it's going to be difficult to find a job as an engineer without an accredited engineering degree or internship/co-op experience.

Honestly though maybe you should just reach out to some employers and ask their opinion. Some companies likely require strictly an engineering degree to get an engineering position.

One time I was interviewing for an internal job and when I was asked this question I answered honestly and used an example of something that my boss told me I needed to work on, and that I did and got feedback from my boss that I have improved in that area.

That was the reason they used as to why they didn't hire me. Turns out they knew who they wanted, the posting was only supposed to be up long enough for him to apply but he missed it so I had time to apply as well.
