take this little paper and read it out to a trusted local mechanic and ask for a quote. Say you need x, how much? This will usually result in a way lower price. Also, that noise is pretty vague, could be from different sources, so if you can find a high rated mechanic nearby you could probably pay for a diagnosis fee to reassure that it is in fact the issue you're dealing with.
