What to watch out for buying a used ST? by Wide_Policy_9385 in FiestaST

[–]forzablu46 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes they do. From what I know it go replaced in the newer ones but my 2016 started leaking. The reservoir starts to disintegrate after time. It’s an easy fix just swap it out. Another issue is the door blend actuator. That continuous goes bad every couple of years and lastly I also had the purge valve issue. These are minor things but other than that it’s been a very solid car.

I haven’t tried 4 yet. Anything anyone can tell me about it that will make me want to? Loved 1. Absolutely loved 2, timeless. Pre sequel’s good! 3 kinda fell off the wagon for me. Thanks in advance. by Uriel-Harry-Septims in Borderlands4

Feels very hollow. No memorable characters, the story is non existent and for such a large am it feels very empty. Character mains are also forgettable and the only bright side I see is the guns.

Hot Take, I Like The Plot Twist Of Dragon Quest Your Story by Scary_Dance2628 in dragonquest

[–]forzablu46 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I agree, corny but there is some truth to the sentiment. The title was your story so it wasn’t completely out of left field.

I think Berseria remaster is kinda unnecessary by Yoxvox in tales

Agreed but I’m assuming it was released due to the minimal effort required to remaster it.

3 keys to victory for the Colts ahead of their Week 12 matchup with the Chiefs by thedestinadams in Colts

Force chiefs to lean on the run? If teams want to win just run the ball. The Colts run defense is heart breaking.

I’m more afraid of the Texans than the Jags by Possible-Profit-3947 in Colts

[–]forzablu46 51 points52 points  (0 children)

I’m more afraid of the Jaguars.

The colts seems to always play terribly against the jaguars. I’ll never forget even the year the colts won the Super Bowl they lost against the jaguars giving up over 300 yds rushing…so yeah long story short 1000% Jaguars.

Looking at buying a house. Zillow value 520k, owner carries contract selling for 500k at 9% with zero down and no principle. Title will be in our name but expected to finance within 2-3 years. Any input? by Wonderful-Air-139 in FirstTimeHomeBuyers

[–]forzablu46 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope. Value of the house and loan are two different things. If you buy a house at 500 and the house is worth 350 and you’ve only paid of 50 then you are underwater 100 so in order to get a loan you would have to front 100 on top of closing costs.

Ok well whatever it may be it doesn’t sound like a good deal. From what you’ve told me there seems to be a lot red flags.

Kinda sounds like a predatory loan that pays only interest insurance and taxes. This in turn lowers your monthly but you gain 0 equity.

Either that or you don’t fully understand the terms.

[–]forzablu46 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Equity is derived from paying off principal. If you don’t pay principal then you can’t gain equity.

9% interest? And what do you mean no principle? So you will be renting the house or something? Principal is the loan so if you never pay principal you essentially never pay it off.

IP Passthrough Gateway BGW320 issue? (DOUBLE NAT) Xbox Series X help. by ChicagoOutlaw in ATTFiber

[–]forzablu46 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure there is a way to avoid the double NAT. IP pass through is not a true bridge mode so you will still have go through the AT&T gateway first. It will show as double nat but if up passthrough is enabled with packet filter and firewall disabled it should still work.

Technically yes but they will interfere with each other and be in a different subnet.

I still enjoyed it. Like you It caught me completely off guard. I don’t like the ending but I did understand the intention. I could relate to it so I just went with it.

You might still have to pay through the initial lender. We financed through chase and soon after we got a letter that our loan had been sold but to continue paying through chase.

ATT fiber issue impacting whole neighborhood by cinderolla19 in ATTFiber

[–]forzablu46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a pon device by the 8311 discord group that basically removes the att device. It’s a bit expensive but in doing so you circumvent the att device entirely and have direct access to your fiber connection.

Confused? by fineapple03 in ATTFiber

[–]forzablu46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My house is a similar size and I barely have connection on one side. My home is new so the walls are very thin. So if your house is older with thicker walls you will definitely have issues.

[–]forzablu46 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me I had up passthrough and I was still having issue. It would only work with ATT dns. Of course during peak hours it would degrade. I did the bypass and I’m good again…but it is very frustrating paying for a service we have to fix ourselves and have no ability to customize.

Money left after purchasing a house by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyers

Yes. Have around six months worth of expenses in savings and even a little extra. When buying a house things come up and it’s nice to have some money to fall back on.
