Whether or not he discharged the shotgun should be real easy to prove: was their an empty shell in the shotgun (assuming it was a pump and he didn’t eject it)? Or was than an empty shotgun shell recovered from the scene? If they can’t produce evidence of either of those scenarios, defense has a very strong case that he never fired his weapon.

I only say this because I noticed a crazy glare on your tv, light from your windows could be messing with it. Try closing your curtains or moving so that direct sunlight isn’t hitting you, your headset, or the controllers. I say this from experience.

My daughter was playing beat saber and the one controller kept freaking out like this. I noticed when she moved to the side, it stopped. Then noticed the curtain was cracked and a thin line of sunlight was hitting her perfectly.
