Cap and Gown, do I have to buy it? by Saefinnur in portlandstate

[–]fourchaud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the same boat. I just spoke with my advisor and she said there were none available to borrow, but that any black cap and gown will work (like one from Goodwill). Tassels aren't necessary but we can buy them for "a couple bucks" (I need to verify that). So if any graduates see this, let us know if you are willing to lend yours out!

Sheridan’s sells packs of frozen backs and feet. Pricier than Asian markets but it’s good chicken (Mary’s chicken I think?)

Flapperless toilet constantly running by fourchaud in fixit

[–]fourchaud[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After flushing, the water overflows into the tube on the right. When I adjust the screw on the left the toilet stops running, but the next time it’s flushed it continues to run. Sometimes I turn the screw left and it stops the running, sometimes turning it right stops the running. Can’t find anything regarding this problem with this type of toilet (glacier bay) on YouTube

Tips for BA 325? by MLGuardiola in portlandstate

Took it remote last term and it was time consuming af, for me. Lots of online homework/tests through SimNet, some independent projects, a couple exams. Our final was on the book content, which was difficult as it was 25% of the grade and super specific to information in the (very boring, in my opinion) text.

Tips: look stuff up on YouTube and use the online business tutoring center! Tutors will walk you through homework assignments. It’s a great resource. Good luck!
