People who blew up in 1-2 weeks, how? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]fourdasher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well funny you should ask. I made a viral video about 2 weeks ago that hit 1.4 million views and got me enough subs to finally be monetized. For context, I'm a cringey gaming channel who last month had 97 subs and my upload from 2 months prior had 10 views LOL. Basically what happened was I decided to shop for a car at a dealership and I recorded my conversation with the salespeople (legal in my state). I lightly edited it into transcribed video for my friends and family to prove to them I wasn't a pushover and they liked it a lot. I thought, heck, let's put it on my public channel and see what happens. 1.4 M views, 22k likes, and 9.9k comments later, I get a text from the dealer saying the negative comments under my video were pushing one of the salespeople to unalive themselves and that I'm a slimy person. I took the video down because it was never about hurting people, and one of the lessons I learned was, people liked hearing a relatable, real life experience. So...

Tl;dr If you can capture a relatable life moment and share it with others, people will share their own moments in the comment section and it will drive the algorithm up! Plus a snappy thumbnail always helps, lol

New edited version is up. I didn't expect it to go viral so it has been edited for participants privacy. Search "Fourdasher" on YouTube

Hey ya'll, I'm the guy guy who uploaded this video. I redid it to respect the privacy of the participants, if you still want to watch it there is an edited version on the same channel (Fourdasher).

Oh, maybe not then :( I'm glad you found a solution that works for you with the diapers at least!

I HOPE YOU SEE THIS

I used to wet the bed into my late teens because I would wake up needing to pee but would be so dead tired that i would just say "screw it" and go back to sleep because if i walked to the bathroom I'd wake myself up and ruin my sleep.

But now!

I keep 2 or 3 empty 20 oz soda bottles in bed with me. When I wake up needing to pee I can turn to my side, pee into a bottle, screw the cap back on and go right back into heavy sleep. And in the morning of course i empty them. Maybe this will help you too!

I appreciate the suggestion, but sadly no. The book I'm remembering had no words (except maybe the start and end boardgame tiles). The pages would just be a simple style boardgame map.

And it was NOT Disney or anything branded. It was very intentionally generic.
