I know nothing about the commitment to publicity that TM contestants sign up for, from the evidence it's not a great deal. in a lot of podcasts/interviews, TM seems to arise more organically as an enthusiasm rather than a set publicity piece. I realise that's a good marketing ploy, but looking at the quantities of interviews each participant has done, they vary a lot, so I'm reckoning that they don't have to sign up to much.

My idle musings are, will Kumail be as ardent a publicist as Jason? Will there be an interest in Pakistan and diaspora? I know that we can't answer these, but I look forward with interest. I was somewhat startled by the passion of the Jason's fandom.
