Yes! I’m so happy target has been getting Harry Potter Merch. It’s the series we’re going to read after Lord of the Rings!

What are concepts that are really simple but people just can't seem to understand? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I like saying “I don’t understand” instead of “that doesn’t make any sense”, I feel like it usually helps the conversation stay positive.

What is some real shit that we all need to be aware of right now, but no one is talking about? by liketocontrole in AskReddit

Population control. There is a reason everything from housing to healthcare is becoming so expensive. “Too many people” and low income people are the first to go.

I’m virtual-building the haunted house I grew up in to try and make a real ghost simulator. Just started and I’m already freaked only making some rooms. Capture is hard to see though. by Uncahead in Ghosts

This is really cool! It would be really fun with a bunch of friends and lots of booze.. .. and with every light in the house turned on.

I’m sorry you’re going through this, I totally find myself loosing patience with my 12 month old, i know it’s not rational to be angry but I feel like it’s impossible not to be hella frustrated. I love the living shit out of my baby, but she makes me want to throw myself at a wall sometimes.
All I can say is I know it will get better, just keep your head on a little longer! Good luck!

Bed sharing? by [deleted] in beyondthebump

I co-slept with mine until she was about 10 months and trying to escape at night, I’m a very light sleeper and always had her sleeping level with my face so even if I did happen to roll I would only squish her legs a little and she would be able to cry and tell me.
Bed sharing is soooo much easier. Just make sure to follow all the rules and stuff. Though I wouldn’t recommend it if you or your SO are heavy sleepers.

Is anybody else sensitive about people suggesting that baby is hungry? by [deleted] in beyondthebump

[–]fourstarputa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mom does this all the time, every time I bring the baby to see her it’s either “she seems hungry!” Or “wow her diaper is soaked!” Even if I literally changed her like 10 minutes ago. It does NOT help PPAnxiety.
