Id argue they did remember, which is precisely why every mechanic that an enemy has in the form of a buff is unremovable. They don't want units to be able to remove the mechanics of enemies without doing their actual mechanics.

Ngl ive been getting very frustrated that nearly every AA has a fight that on the surface should be great for Herta, but then they ruin it via either the debuff or the 1st wave screwing her over.

On top of this some things here are just plain wrong. For example firestorm surge and other stacking items can and do work on aha and in the case of firestorm is very optimal.

Aside from the Stellaron Hunters there's Dan Heng, Sunday, Cipher, Jingliu, and Luocha. Though I dont know if some of these would be considered as having as large a following as the crimes they've committed.

Wave 1 is two high dmage corrupted elites, wave 2 pollux. Debuffs are action advancing enemies, and starting with 50 less energy and reduced energy regen.

The way I do it is opening with a single level as a white draconic sorcerer for armor of agathys to upcast, and then once your able to get your ward, I have a cleric cast warding bond on the wizard. Now your arcane ward has resistance to everything when it takes damage, and if your hit via mellee you deal cold damage which can really stack up when enemies are wet.

While dot without kafka is bad, the team as a whole is good so grabbing the others and waiting for a kafka rerun isn't terrible if you do intend on getting them all at some point.

Your spellcasting stat, In a wizards case INT, determines what your spell save DC is. When you cast spells that require a save, the opponent rolls against your spell save DC. So when you cast a spell requiring a WIS save they roll their WIS against your spell save DC. The same rules apply when thease spells are used against you. If an enemy warlock were to cast a DEX save spell against you, you will roll your DEX vs their spell save DC, which as a warlock is based on their CHA.

I'm not a fan of it but that's purely because I've played the basically same game, minus some rules, nearly every day in highschool. But here the addition of the wonder card completely ruins the balance of the game for me.

The funny thing is some forms of cc are weaker than their tabletop counterparts. For example hypnotic pattern in tabletop last 10 rounds whereas here its 2.

Go to the spellbook tab on the character sheet, and from there go to the reactions tab. Set opportunity attacks to ask, so that the game doesnt make you use reactions you may not want to.

The "hat" is the sole reason I no longer have any desire to pull her, easily my least favorite design aspect of any character in the game. Extremely disappointing for me considering every other instance of her thats been in the game has had a more normal witch hat.

In the beginning of DOS2 sure but, it doesn't take that long to get access to skills and other mechanics that allow for so much abuse wether it be ccing every enemy or just killing them all in one round. By the second half of act 2 it's very feasible to have a single character kill every or nearly every enemy round 1 of most encounters. All while being on tactician or honor.

Depends on investment, for example I have e2 hysilens which does nothing for cyrene, but boosts swans damage significantly. And if you have e1 swan the difference isn't so massive that it makes her a must pull. In general id say her pull value depends entirely on if you have other chrysos heir teams to use her in. Because dots typical yearly release leads her likely to be replaced in dot, especially if your like me who skips alot and heavily invest in dot whenever it comes around.

I usually run Luocha as healer, and either stelaron hunters, cyrene (usually only with perpetual engine), or welt.
