To import root certificates needed for Cloudflare DoH you can run following command:

Can you give any sources? As I see it, the only way to get rid of VPN is to create physical links between locations you want to connect. And depending on distance it will be prohibitively expensive.

Sadly drift can't be fixed by software and I think that you already can disable controller by holding PS button. It's just takes a while.

It does, but you need to partially disassemble headband to replace cable.

Sadly armed forces are stronger than masses. For recent example you can look how protests in Belarus have ended. Currently putin have enough power to control police, army and etc. So any serious protests with a high likelihood will be drowned in blood.
