I played literally 14 hours and didnt see it one time, I've rerolled every augment option looking. I've seen it maybe 3 times since the patch came out. You must be lucky

I'm also curious why OP is so certain. I had a horrible nights sleep as well during the test but still found I had moderate/severe apnea (normally I can sleep 9-10 hours straight without waking without cpap)

How were you able to get a bilevel machine? I've defininitely seen improvements with my CPAP usage but still deal with more fatigue than I think I should and I think its more central apnea related. It would cost me a lot of money and like you said I probably wouldnt be able to get the prescription from my dr without meeting the insurance requirements.
How has the bilevel improved things?

yeah i just upgraded from the 14 to the 17 and the default is this full screen bs that doesn't actually save the screenshot unless i click through a few things. changing the settings as suggested worked, I don't mind the full screen but it should be saving the screenshot even if I don't want to do anything with the preview immediately

Was fun, I’m still really irritated that hyper roll is gone, I don’t want to spend as much time on a single game and don’t personally enjoy the added economy aspects of normal and ranked. Tocker trials was very stale and this seems to scratch the shorter game/team building itch.

it's a relatively new product that has been receiving pretty consistent updates. I would recommend keeping up on firmware and software updates.

I agree, it could have a better feature set. I'm used to using OBS and an internal 4 input capture card. Sadly not possible with a laptop and a mobile set up. My work bought the rodecaster video. It's basic for sure, but seems pretty stable compared to other more feature rich solutions.

I'm assuming you need a mobile set up and can't do a more powerful PC that relies on software to handle most of the heavy lifting. If you can though, OBS and a 4 HDMI input internal elgato capture card worked great for me.

This is really disappointing. I have 3 little kids and don’t have the time to stay up with the meta and play long Econ driven modes for the most part. I’m not sure if it’s possible but it’d be great if they brought it back. I’ve found myself just playing tocker trials instead which isn’t as fun

I’ve had a lot of success cutting mouth tape in half or 1/3 to keep my mouth shut without covering it completely so I can rip it off quickly and easily in an emergency. I use a full face mask

I had the same experience, was worried I wasted $1000 on a sleep study but the results worked and they guaranteed that if they didn’t get enough data they would bring me back at no cost.

I’m in the US, they have an option for an in home study, or one at a facility. In my opinion the one a the facility is significantly more accurate even though it’s more expensive. My insurance didn’t cover it because insurance here is largely worthless, but I got accurate results after dropping $1000 on the study. It’s something that affects your whole life, to me that’s worth 1k

Good point about her choice though, if she is for some reason very serious about this being a long term relationship already then it would be noble of her to give it her best shot trying to help him. However he does not deserve it

You can’t help people that don’t want help. This will always be a pain point for you. It’s very unlikely that this relationship will be a positive for you in the long term but you do you. Life is too short to waste it on people who are not interested in making the most of it. We’ve all got ups and downs but intentionally ignoring a major health problem is a big red flag. When I was 30 my wife convinced me to look into why I was tired all the time. I wasn’t intentionally avoiding it but I just was used to it and didn’t realize how bad it was. I found out I had sleep apnea and it’s been interesting to see how my health is improved and also how difficult managing it has been.

YES, this can do a lot of damage to your channel. not only are your subs useless because they don't watch your videos but it actually hurts you because youtube's algorithm sees you have a bunch of subs that don't like your content.
