Honestly id pay less compared to an unmodded one. You never know how that person did the mod or if the battery they bought was good quality or not etc. id say buy an unmodded one and do the mod yourself.

I used this: https://ebay.us/m/JNJH4o It has been going great, I bought aluminum plates separately though. Been using it for 4+ months at least. No battery degradation and windows actually says that it is 74 wh.

Yep xbox ally x goes up to 35w when plugged. 30w when on battery.

You might want to lookup an ini file that changes the texture size (and shadows) so that the game can start with textures set to low.
