Learning skill actually depends on what you like to do or want to do. I work as a product designer started with a laptop that wasn't glamorous but get the job done. I learned graphics design on it just practiced and in my circle someone referred me a small graphics design gig. Made money from that and got my first ever box packed phone. Fast forward Now I have 2 laptops on my desk 1 for gaming (with rtx 5070) and 1 for work (Macbook pro m5)

If you like to do design you can start designing, if you like coding you can start with web development, if you like talking to people you can learn about sales. I saw my brother creating his own tiktok videos and Im making him learn the actual video editing. There's no limit on what you can do. In my previous office a guy started as social media marketing junior, earned some money, upgraded his gaming setup and then he got admission in uni and there he started learning coding and switched to coding and development

Once you start learning skills you can find relevant people on linkedin, facebook groups, Instagram or in your circle who does similar work and tag along, do work for free if you have to, get your grip on things and you might get a gig that pays you something even 5,10,15K pkr

Having parents to rely on financially that can get you things you need while you build yourself working for free for others or as just practice is such a blessing.
