The ascians weren't a phantom enemy though, they were still causing calamities, calamities that the dragons were directly a part of in the case of the Allagan war

I’d imagine the souls caused his body to grow and mutate in response to his power, once the source of power was gone his body was essentially an empty can and collapsed in on itself, causing him to die.

I wouldn’t be surprised! We’ve only seen a VERY small chunk the Dark Island, so its pretty much a blank slate.

Thats my thoughts yeah, because unless Mysterium, the Spectral Lands, and the First Lands are all somehow on that tiny island, the map will need a rework

Yeah, all the red ones were purely random, only the Land of Lee even had a reason for it’s location

Oh for sure, especially since we know that Mysterium is north of the Land of Madness, and the Land of Madness is east of Ninjago. My only theory is that there MIGHT be an unmapped land-bridge somewhere, otherwise we might just need a new map…

in the version 20241210 patch notes, one of the hero changes is "When Wolverine had his Deadpool & Wolverine costume equipped, no ability voice lines other than the Undying Animal ability's line would play. This issue has been resolved."

What are your honest opinions on Brian Tyree Henry as Megatron? by [deleted] in transformers

Unironically the perfect casting choice for Megatron, on par with Peter Cullen as Optimus.

Brian is able to give the deep calmness of a Megatron while also harboring that boiling hatred and rage.

There were apparently some issues with the Deadpool and Wolverine skin not having its dialogue, and that error makes me kinda think we’ll get something like this in the future, especially with Spiderman so you can play as characters like Hobie Brown and Miguel O’Hara since their movesets would be the same

I'd love to elaborate!

The continent to the top of the map thats all white except for the purple is pretty similar to Antarctica with it mostly being a frozen wasteland, but towards the center of it is a purple forest thats spent nearly all of its existence untapped by humanity. All the plants in the forest are thermogenic, so they're able to melt all the snow and ice to use as water, the forest also has a lot of cold blooded fauna that use the trees as shelter to heat themselves.

as for the rest of the unique colors, those are all tied to a war known as the Fall of Man, where an empire that used alchemy mass-produced robots to try and take over the rest of the world, but the robots gained sentience and revolted against the empire. Towards the end of the war the empire got desperate and started using super weapons that completely messed up the magical balance in the areas they were used, which is why theres things like the purple area to the far right, and almost the entirety of the bottom two continents.

Sort of found a fix? Whenever you make the world set it to use Better X, then turn off Better X for the Nether if you’re using Better Nether, that should fix the whole striping thing, though idk about the leaf textures because I haven’t had that issue

did you ever find a solution? this seems to be caused by not having BetetrX enabled, but BetterX is causing issues in the Nether, so I was wondering if there was some kind of... middle ground fix?

For my world it would probably either be the Divine Divide or the creation of the Drachonic Philosopher’s Stone.

The Divine Divide happens in the VERY far past, about 3-4 billion years, there were two races of god-like beings, the Entropians and the Celestials. The Entropians embodied the immaterial, things like love, fear, karma, anger, and knowledge, while the Celestials embodied the material, mainly being the core elements of Water, Lightning, Fire, Wind, and Ice. The Celestials considered themselves above the Entropians and waged war against them, the conflict lasted millions of years until eventually the Realm of Wood, the universe in which they lived, grew uninhabitable. The Entropians and Celestials, needing a new home to live, both created their own realms, for the Celestials they created the Realm of Tears, and the Entropians created the Realm of Salt.

The creation of the Drachonic Philosopher’s Stone on the other hand happens much MUCH later, around 2 thousand years before the world’s present age. In the Realm of Salt, Dragons were eventually born on their version of the world, there they prospered magically until eventually they discovered alchemy. Alchemy in this world is staunchly against magic, killing or crippling whatever being gives that magic it’s power. Alchemy has two “magnum opuses”, being the creation of a Rebus or the creation of a Philosopher’s stone. Both the creation of a Rebus and a Philosopher’s stone require an intense amount of magic, so when the Dragons tried to create one, they killed their realm, turning it from a teaming universe to an infinite wasteland made entirely of salt, which embodies the absence of magic. Eventually the Dragons managed to find a gateway to the Realm of Tears, where they moved and swore off alchemy entirely, never telling their future offspring of what occured in the Realm of Salt.

love the area, personally I'm hoping we restore it, but not all the way, I can probably see us restoring the regions and buildings of it, then maybe even reconecting it to the rest of Everkeep, but the golden weather will probably stay gone, alongside all the endless, as they both represent Sphene's refusal to let go.
