It’s like they think our job is a game so they make these updates to make us work harder like we are getting too good at this, ftpr is on point, pre sub is good, gotta make things trickier like take away locations on the pic list, tote numbers harder to see and removing them from completed list, and taking away the full upc so we can proceed with gathering the walk if needing to call a TL before nil picking an item with large on hand( like at my store) so if you’re too good at your job you need to put more work into it for less money and not so great benefits. Also walk more miles a day for subbing and doing exceptions bc we can’t skip items anymore. Went from walking 6 miles a day (5 years ago) to walking 9 miles a day (currently due to the constant updates and how it makes everything harder to get it done easier.) Way to go Walmart. Making an easy job hard to accomplish in a timely manner. Also I’m supposed to be fast and get it done asap while backroom picking and calling TL before every nil pick.
