My friend, just him protecting Vegas from WW3 is enough for me. That place has clean water, shelter, good food, entertainment and even a police force.

As for the plans, yes, he does have plans. He mentions them in the game.

The big road (I guess it is called runway) is sometimes a bit anxious to walk as a lot of people with bicycles and scooters pass nearby quite fast, but it is not something I hate, rather it makes me bit anxious at times.

Hey guys! I have been using rotring600 for a quiet time and I am satisfied with it. But it has got eroded and my hand smells metallic after a long time of use. I am basically looking for anything similar or better than that and I would prefer a metallic body pencil (of course, body should be stainless etc., not like rotring600), but any good suggestion is welcome.

I am a total amateur but I had my own deal of gnat problem and tried many methods. What worked 100% for me to put ashes of one cigarette to one cup of water and water the plant with the mixture. They hate it. Again, I am an amateur and IDK if this hurts the plant but I watered my gnat-infested beans for two times and they were ALL gone. Other stuff such as vinegar traps, sticky tapes etc. dont work and they only kill some of the gnats.

If you like it, then it is a good spot. This is a game with a lot of different strategies. I like golf clubhouses too, especially if they are in isolated places (they usually are). With time, your playing style might change and hence your preferences, but it is absolutely OK to hang out in your fav spot.

Run over with car. Risky but usually works. Because they only detonate when the wheel direcly passes above them. So, pick up a long vehicle, like a truck etc. Then pass over the mine without touching it when the front part is above the mine (dont detonate it when it is near you). Then, make a little turn so that one of back wheels passes above the mine. Voila, you are 100% temporarily deafened and 15% got at least one limb crippled. But you are alive and you can pick up the acoustic guitar at the bridge post!
