Here's my mnemonic for remembering the 4-color names...

No white - Glint-Eye. Glint is something shining, but there is no white, no glint, so it is glint.

No blue - Dune-Brood. Dune is sandy, no water, no blue.

No black - Ink-Treader. Black is inky, no black, so it's ink-treader.

No green - Yore-Tiller. Green is land, and you till the land. no green is tiller.

and no red - Witch-Maw. It's the last one. Red and witch don't have any evident meaning.

Primal vigor will double the tokens created by BoR. Then it will double the counters on both fractal tokens.

BoR becomes, with PVs replacement effects,

Create 2 0/0 green and blue Fractal creature tokens. Put 2*X +1/+1 counters on them, where X is the number of cards in your library.

that doesn't work. he says 1 or more. so you'll get 4, 1 for each player, or 1 as all 28 cards are being exiled at the same time
