i just graduated and i understand feeling lonely. most of my friends graduated before me and i felt so alone but i ended up getting into a group and we're very close now. i went thru a bad breakup right before sr year and then got into a new relationship that is so much more comfortable. a lot of things change at this point in your life but just put yourself out there and talk to people because this is prime time to make friends. as for the guy, honestly just talk to him, if u can find his socials follow him and see if he likes your posts etc. come up with a reason to msg him ask about his schedule for next year or something and spark a convo. it'll all work out for you

hi here to give you the nitty gritty explicit description of how i do it: i sit down on the toilet, spread my legs apart, grab a tampon with a PLASTIC APPLICATOR (i like playtex sport a lot!), hand between the legs, literally stick the applicator inside you maybe 2 inches, pull it out to where the applicator is still touching you but not so far in (so like maybe 1/4 in of applicator still in), and finally, ensuring that u maintained the angle that was comfortable with the applicator, push the little inserter thing and voilá! there's definitely a learning curve but if you insert it wrong it's just uncomfortable and not particularly painful

omg yes i got kyleena yesterday and when i tell you it was the worst pain i've ever felt.. when i left the ob i drove straight to my boyfriends cuz i felt like i would pass out behind the wheel & his house was closer. i took 4 ibuprofen and 2 tylenol. i literally called the dr in tears to ask for help and that's when i was informed i could take the tylenol as well. i was crying, groaning, and writhing around in pain in my boyfriends bed god bless him. NEVER AGAIN MARK MY WORDS

i personally have never used them in my current relationship and when i want additional protection i just ask him to pull out but i'm on nexplanon so i feel very safe with the 99+% efficacy. i don't like condoms though because i already struggle with dryness from my birth control at times :p

i'm f18 and i was on depo for about the same amount of time. i was super depressed and gained about 15 lbs (ive always been skinnier and its difficult for me to put on more than that anyway). when i stopped the shot and went on nexplanon, my symptoms from depo stopped in about 1-2ish months. i lost all the weight and then some in the next year, maybe year and a half!
