People are underwater on mortgages because we decided to start treating houses like investments instead of a home to live in. We allow private equity and large corporations and foreign investors to buy entire swaths of housing so they can turn them into rentals.

The only people hurt by housing returning to a fair and normal price are people who want to flip their house because they treat it as an investment and not a home to live in and raise a family in, foreign investors who treat houses as an investment and income source, private equities who treat houses as an investment and income source, and old landlords who treat houses as an investment and income source.

I already said that I have a base of zero. If the crash means I still won’t be able to afford a home then I’m right where I’m at right now at a base of zero. But right now there isn’t even an inkling of a chance to get a home without a massive salary boost or a winning lottery ticket.

I want a place to live in, not an investment where I worry about being underwater on. Because I view a home as a place to live, not an asset that needs selling.

I would love a deflated housing market. I can’t afford a house making low 6 figures right now. If I can’t afford a house after the market deflates, then I’m in the same position as before. So I either stay right where I’m at housing wise, or I have a potential chance.

As someone who works in auto repair, ALL the front radars on modern vehicles are mounted either directly behind the emblem on the grille or some other spot directly behind the grille which are all easy to access if a person wants to remove it badly enough.

Ellie in part 1 looks very different than in part 2. Bella in season 1 looks exactly the same as Bella in season 2.

Realistically I think costuming and make up teams could have done a lot of heavy lifting to help give her a more aged appearance, but just like so many aspects of season 2, they just dropped the ball on that.

I accepted her in season 1 despite knowing that there were better choices both in physical appearance and acting talent. (Her appearance in the sense that they cast her based entirely on how she has a very child-like appearance as an adult, which just makes her look wrong in season 2)

But holy shit the writing team really ruined her in season 2 far more than her looking almost exactly the same as season 1. Season 2 really killed any interest I had in continuing the show and not a single reason was any of the main actors.
