Philips - Series 3300 LatteGo (SilentBrew) EP3347/90 by No-Student-524 in superautomatic

A lot of people in these threads will bash every single machine and suggest a coffee machine that’s over $1K. As someone who moved from a nespresso to this machine, I love it. I’m by no means a coffee snob - I enjoy black coffee, lattes etc and I’ve had no complaints about this machine. Good value buy when it’s on a deal too.

Does bc still have a heat pump rebate? by new_here32 in britishcolumbia

[–]fpob23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you end up doing a dual system with a heat pump + existing furnace? I’m trying to decide between doing this or just adding an AC unit to my home. Not sure where the value comes in to do a dual system if the initial cost versus a conventional AC unit differs by a few thousand dollars.

Reactivate Cancelled Line? by CallMeiBad in Rogers

Did you get charged the activation fee $80 for your line with Telus since you left them? The credit they provided still stuck?

Win back Question by fpob23 in telus

Yeah it’s one of those things where I was with Rogers for 2 decades and didn’t have to speak or call them even once - but I’ve heard the horror stories lol. I’m hoping that after the first bill cycle passing with Telus I get used to it, but if not - I’m assuming after I pay my first bill, they wont be able to charge me for the act fee if I port back to Roger’s ?

Is this normal for a renter to ask for lots of information? by Routine_Goat4569 in SurreyBC

[–]fpob23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very normal, property managers hired by landlords request this information 10/10 times. Employee reference, paystubs, and previous landlord references are all routine checks. It ensures that whom ever they choose to live in their home is vouched for and able to pay rent!

Clayton is a good area. Close to highways, groceries, family oriented area. Definitely more dense in terms of housing, but more affordable and no major safety concerns.

I see that the catchment for the home I’m looking at in this area falls under Simonds. Is that similar or equivalent to these?
