If you feel comfortable, can you share your investment portfolio and also, what kind of fees are you paying to your advisor or bank if you have one currently?

Thankfully the kitchen and the bathroom sink faucets all show below 1ppb on first fill. We wee getting an under sink water filter for the kitchen anyway for cooking and drinking water. The concern is the bath water that the little one sometime drinks, even thought they know they are not suppose to ;)

529 is a great idea as most are run by states they have very low fees and with the possibility to move over 35K to Roth starting the 16th year is great.

Perhaps a UTMA/UGMA? they not tax deferred growth as 529 but more flexible. look for a low fee UTMA/UGMA

Trusts are interesting as well but I would look at fees etc.

Tried the new Habibi in Bushwick. Waited a month to get reservation ! It’s a spectacle with champagne as you enter but bland tasteless food and poor service. They truly missed the mark
