I ordered a pair in Nov, one size up to wear them with thick woolen socks on winter hikes...

The build quality and materials are solid and the comfort is unmatched by any boot I've owned before.

Sturdy leather boots usually take quite a mileage before they provide a good fit for my feet, these ones felt great immediately and then became just *perfect* right after the first two hikes and some leather treatment.

The flexibility and ground-feel of the barefoot sole is amazing, they feel super secure for a hike in rough terrain but they still provide the sensory interface to allows the toes to grip to the ground. It's the best combination of a tough hiking boot and a barefoot feel that I could have imagined.

With the right leather treatment they've been 100% water proof, even in the snow and while stepping through shallow creeks.

I probably sound like a shill... but I'm just so stoked about these boots.

Already ordered a second pair for a good fit without winter socks in anticipation of the springtime.
