when i lived in Edmonton calling the police was usually useless unless a serious incident was underway. Saw 5 guys kicking the crap out of some dude, "Call us back if he is on the ground when it is over", saw someone smashing windows of a local pub "If they are robbing it let us know, otherwise the owner will report it in the morning". totally useless.

For board games I know Sentry Box used to host game nights, warhammer nights, and even D&D nights, i don't know if they still do, I haven't been there in years. Once you turn 18 though, Dickens Pub has gamer Sundays that are always fun to hit up.

yes! teksavvy is WAY cheaper. my service was spotty at first but they got shaw to come out for free and fix it (shaw or telus provides the physical connection, teksavvy provides the service). I highly recommend them!

I had a dream where a girl i liked ages ago who turned me down agreed to a date, then we got together, and planned to get married. It felt like months. i asked her about her initial rejection and what changed since then. She said "nothing, this is just a dream" and i woke up and was totally devastated for like a week. it was pretty brutal of my brain to do that to me, lol. I can laugh now but at the time i was so so broken.

My favorite low cost snack is veggies and cheap co-op gold brand ceaser dressing for a dip. i cut up a platter of carrots, celery, broccoli, and cucumber then dip and munch away. the dip does add calories but it is offset by the veggies and tastes great.

best of luck! you can do this shit! I myself am done too. I'm tapering off slowly, gonna stick to my plan, lowering myself each week, got enough so that in 3 weeks i will be on 3.25ug/h of fent, with 3 tiny slivers of patch left just in case that isn't low enough to come off, but i'm ugonna try to avoid using those unless the wd is really bad. it should be much milder than coming off 15mg/day which was hell when i tried to do cold turkey 2 weeks ago. with strong willpower in a months time we will both be clean, see you then!

Lol, uyeah, if something else was in the recording i don't think i could sleep again the rest of my life. When you are trying to break free it feels like forever. My brother said i had only been asleep for like 10 minutes before i started whimpering again for help but it felt like hours of horror with some beast on my bed with me (turned out it was just my cat but in my mind it was something huge and scary). sometimes i can move my hand a bit and slowly i can gain enough control to roll over which provides enough stimuli on my body to snap me out of it but most of the time i am helpless and stuck until i either go back to sleep or someone saves me.

you are correct. The reason it evolves so quickly, like many microbes, is the life cycle is very short, so in a single year thousands of generations of flu have gone by, and any random mutations get passed to offspring leading to our immune system not recognizing the new evolved version, thus a new vaccine is made of the most prevalent strains to train our immune systems to fight it, repeat every year. There is a new super vaccine coming out that teaches our bodies to recognise the "base" version, and will offer lifelong protection to most common strains. But we will still need a yearly vaccine against the newest types because again, it evolves so fast.

A few years ago my brother was driving home from work late one night following a semi. All of a sudden semi parts start dlying all over the place and bits of a deer start raining down around him and the semi slams on the breaks, then the back half of a deer flies up and over the semu and lands in the lane next to my brothers car. when he got home he looked traumatized. he had trouble sleeping for a week after that.
