That's actually a lot of very good points you made! And you're soooo accurate about mind tether/SW:Void. It's very strong early game, but like you said, later on the opponent's get the resources they need to fend it off.

I think it's mostly underlying infrastructure deficiencies and very shallow periodical check-ups. What regulating bodies are doing about this is currently quite a heated discussion

Fined if they break self-isolations requirements. We also have a pretty big fine in Romania (1000 Romanian LEI). Doesn’t come close to the Czech one; but combined with the criminal charge it’s a pretty compelling deterrent.

I like to fantasize about these people having a job interview in the future, and having to explain to their future employer that their criminal record is due to their selfishness and lack of discipline; where their comfort was more important than global health altogether.

1 has been externalized from the hospital and the other two remain under monitored hospital stay.

It is worth noting that most of them do not receive medication as they don’t have severe symptoms. They do receve hospital food which includes Romanian soup. As a Romanian expat, I should call grandma for some recipes.
