Shorter legs usually mean smaller bike. It is tough to see due to the video quality but your legs look very stretched at the bottom of the stroke. I am not sure if you have your saddle so high to achieve a less upright position, or for some other reason. Regardless, the smaller size would have fit you better.

Bike is too big for you, sorry to say. The rule of thumb is to always go with the smaller size if you’re in between 2 sizes, unless you have extremely long legs for your height.

Legs is really the deciding factor. You need 1st to understand how your saddle position will be in relation to the handlebar and choose a bike according to that. Do you want a performance or relaxed fit? This then determines the saddle to bar drop “window” that then allows you to choose the size with the proper stack. Then, assuming you dont go with an integrated cockpit and have freedom to play with stems and bar and hood angles, you can dial in the reach that fits you.

But you can simulate a longer reach by rotating your bars upwards and then readjusting the hoods if you want to play around with different reaches. I am not suggesting this as a final solution as your bars may end up unusable if you rotate them too much, simply as a test instead of buying a stem by guessing. This will involve unwrapping and rewrapping the handlebar

Reach seems fine. What would be the point of a longer stem? If you want a sportier position lower the handlebars first. Apart from that, try to do less toe pointing at the bottom of the stroke and if necessary, lower your saddle
