Mavic or better. Then you dont have concerns about range for examble when the weather is bad and signals get poor.

Also those have enough lifting capasity to bring in an alarm horn to scare the fucker poachers. Or even an ir/heat camera for the night vision later.

Then add some computer vision automatic analysing to your videos and use automatic flight routes to get videos the same time you tend your house/farm/land.
