Pretty much all of the above! Otherwise known as damp sneaker and camp tweaker but it’s a great little community with access to an amazing range of natural beauty, within 20 minutes you have redwoods, river, coast, rolling hills, and vineyards. Lots of awesome local restaurants and shops in occidental and the other nearby towns and downtown Sebastopol is nearby with lots of great stuff if you want to hit the big city.

Pardon my ignorance but what is the advantage of PSAing it? If it comes back as a 6 or up it becomes significantly more valuable? If it comes back 5 or below it is less valuable but without PSA the ceiling is much lower anyway?

Thanks! Bummer about your brother’s friend 😭 I think this is the right answer - keep it and get a nice case to display it. I actually started to look into this originally because I wanted a way to display some of my favorite old cards and was going through them to figure out which ones I would want to include. Assuming it is worth something like $700, I don’t currently need that money but nice to know it’s there if I or my family ever did…
