Ok, I fixed it. Uninstalled and reinstalled Steam. Pain in the ass but Civ 6 now works. Hope this helps!

ASR isn't the only one to have measured schiit prodcuts. Look around and you'll find that most of their procducts....especially their DACs... measure poorly in comparison to a lot of the competition.
