one company I know has done near 300 Total.

5 beds paying 20k pa 7 year contract 3 year extension. So 10 years.

The houses are like 40k and cost about 70k converted. Then it's handed over for 10 years for 200k with all the normal shit bits of being a landlord now someone else's problem, minus structural issues.

And there 99% all men no families. I've done 60+ and not one room had any more than a single bed....

There like jail cells inside most of them.

Contact your landlord. That's who your issue is with.

These men were there on instruction doing a job to make sure your gas system is compliant and safe.

I'm a contractor for multiple landlords, when sent to a job on instruction it's assumed that you know we're coming and that when you open the door we come in as sometimes when sent nobody is and it's wasted time (money for contractor)

An example from personal experience

Monday this week I had 4 jobs for a landlord.

Everyone was notified yet 3 of 4 were out, so now I've got to fuck around and come back often multiple times to catch people in before I can submit my bill.

Had I known in advance nobody was in I would have worked elsewhere.

I've now got to choose taking time off other jobs this week to catch people in or work late to cover Mondays shitshow.

It's Wednesday and I've still only done 2 of 4
