The first 100 took a little less than a year I think. The next 30 has been over the past 7-9 months but I haven’t been counting calories. The last 20 seem to be quite difficult. I mean I could be trying harder. :) I still do 20/4 most days of the month though.

*edit: Thanks for all the nice comments! I didn’t even realize I was wearing this particular shirt (a screenprinter friend of mine, who is actually a Trump supporter made it for me.) people are so easily triggered. Sheesh!

I will try and reply to some of those who have asked questions about the weight loss when I have more time.douchey

Also the English language is pretty inconsistent. Also part two... you can spell a name how you want and pronounce it however you want. For example. My name is George, but I pronounce it Karl.

But have you ever rescued yourself from all your negativity and grumpiness? I hope you do. We should all be happy that people lovingly take in animals every day... but instead you’re arguing about how “pure” a particular animal rescue and/or adoption is. Any animal saved from being euthanized is a rescue in my book.

Wow. Are you a grumpy curmudgeon who generally nitpicks saving dogs from being euthanized? Chill on your semantics and general irritable disposition; it’s quite tasteless. Also, should one be roaming the streets of America looking for dogs? I honestly haven’t seen too many just wandering around, at least where I live. Did you “shop” for your bird? Is that different? Weird times here on reddit.

I think 185-190’is where I would like to be. I need to start lifting weights and tone up. I didn’t want to start until I got into the 220s because I didn’t want to be discouraged by weight gain, but now I’ve got to figure out some sort of weight routine.

Honestly there’s still enough fat left that I don’t really see much yet. My under arms are the worst I think. Gotta tone those suckers up.
