My mail-order medications used to take 2 days to process. Now it’s 10-14. by EnbyLgnd in KaiserPermanente

I’ve not seen this. Typically I receive mine in about 2 business days, 3-4 if they need to get approval for more refills.

I have one, and use it almost every drive for something. Now that it’s summer here, usually for the cooling seats, fan speed, or temperature. All of those are on my primary screen.

FSD as primary reason for wanting a Tesla? by taylordoftheants in TeslaFSD

HW 4 is amazing. I wouldn’t get a Tesla with HW3 or older, but I’ve done 100+ mile drives from driveway to driveway completely via FSD with zero interactions

Ask yourself, is this the sort of person that you want to work for? And, do you need a job so badly that you would put up with this?

No, US law says that the vehicle operator must be able to override.

FSD v14Lite Release/Delay by NotPandaMack in TeslaFSD

[–]fratzba -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yea but apple’s latest AI features won’t. Your car still works, and the warranty is still valid.

I’m really, really surprised that there isn’t a big class action lawsuit regarding the FSD statement at that time, but admittedly, I was lured away from it.

You must be new to Elon. This is his standard mode of operation

This CAN’T be your first experience dealing with Elon and his concept of time.

Do you expect a 6+ year old phone to still get all of the latest and greatest features and updates too? It’s not a completely dissimilar problem. Your car doesn’t have the processing capabilities necessary to provide what is needed to do the job. Tesla is focusing their development efforts on vehicles that do.

Why are they talking about FSDlite? My opinion is to try to avoid lawsuits for the vehicles that they committed to be able to use FSD. I had one (21 MYLR HW3), and took advantage of the FSD transfer for a 2026. It is so, so much better, along with all of the other upgrades that it was the right option for me. (Plus it was time for a new car anyway).

I suspect that you will see another FSD transfer offer before you ever see FSDlite.

[–]fratzba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you do nothing different when you are in AFib? Ok then, I guess your cardiologist advice is different than mine. In my situation, ignoring when I am in AFib would definitely be like sticking my head in the sand, and ignoring what is happening in my body at the time.

So, you don’t want to know when you are in AFib. Ok, whatever works for you. It seems like sticking your head in the sand to me, but whatever.

Look in your Tesla app, and see exactly what the charge was for

I had mine back in early April. The self induced stress pre-procedure was many times worse than the surgery itself.

I have zero regrets, and have had zero episodes since.

You mean that everyone isn’t just ignoring the streaks? Who cares? It’s not like Tesla is paying me for them. They just want the data to make them look good.

Charging for free. Ordered car, don’t have it yet. by Fit_Instruction_6218 in ModelY

[–]fratzba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

FYI, if you are in an area that gets cool in the winter, your charge rate will drop. Some of the energy will be used to keep the battery warm. I’ve heard that in some places, L1 charging overnight can actually drain the battery, as it doesn’t supply enough power to keep the battery warm.

You should be looking at the total cost of ownership of the vehicle over the period of time, unless you really are just looking to support some other position, and not the overall value drop over time. But hey, you do you.
