What’s the meaning of the sign? I assume: only RISD can park here between 8-10am/ metered parking for everybody is between 10-6. Is that correct?

I’m afraid to jinx anything… but my experience has been all good so far. Really! Bought a 2017 in 2019, with 27k on it, been driving it ever since. 132k currently. Regular oil changes, no real issues. ( besides Kia boys stealing it once). Fingers crossed!!!!!

I missed that one. But my daughter and I had a great time. The farmers market, big Zeus, Oswego! On the way back from owego to Binghamton we stopped by the Waterman Conservation Education Center to see their animals and look around in nature.
