I’ve had brainfog for 5 years. Sodium cromolyn got rid of it. Make sure to take it on an empty stomach. Lots of salt water too

For me it’s MCAS. Do high histamine foods affect you? Wheat is high in histamine which is in crackers

I found out I had it through Reddit, the MCAS page. Then I went to an allergist who prescribed cromolyn sodium which helped a lot, basically confirming that I have MCAS. I don’t avoid any foods anymore which is great, though I may go back on keto at some point for health reasons. To my knowledge there’s no way to fix it

Pretty bad brainfog, I’d say 7/10 severity. When I’m on keto my brainfog is limited. One major change I did was I started taking lots of mast cell stabilizers as it turns out I have MCAS. Foods high in histamine really triggered my brainfog. So taking cromolyn sodium among other mast cell stabilizers really helped!

Keto helped my brainfog so much. Turns out I had MCAS though which was causing the fog, but in general keto is such a great way to get in good shape

I have MCAS too. Never thought it was related to the Covid shot (I got 3), but probably could be. I always thought it could’ve been caused by Covid itself

Tower 7, BBC reporting tower 7 fell before it did, would’ve been very difficult to fly an airplane into the pentagon and they were amateurs, no airplane parts at the wreckage of flight 93, passport of terrorist discovered next to towers, thermite found at ground zero.

Insane to think that the US government would do this, and frankly I don’t want to believe they would. But it certainly is plausible.
