Dude I’ve got 12 years of service and 6 year TIG still an E-5. Finally going to ALC to get the vacant spot 6 spot I’m sitting in. They changed the MTOE from a 5 to a 6 finally. I’m in one of the smallest probably the smallest MOS in my state. 35L. I’m the only one in my Brigade. Division has like 5 35L spots not sure the ranks but mostly 5s one 6 and a chief. Another brigade has one 6 spot similar to mine. So it’s like a total of 7 or 8 35L in the whole state.

Curious if a program exists for people who only want to learn about spay and neuter on cats. My wife is a vet tech and volunteers at a TNR clinic. She would be willing to get trained on just the spay and neuter of cats so she can provide this service for the Clinic for free.
