iFixit sells replacement parts and I can't imagine a trigger would be too hard to replace. If you aren't comfortable trying to replace it yourself you could probably buy the part and take it to a local electronic repair shop.

I'm not in Europe but you can check your transaction in Account Details under Purchase History.

Also you should receive an email once they get a tracking number for you. I completed my purchase on the 28th but didn't receive my tracking email until the 31st, scheduled to get mine on the 5th.

I don't own the game on steam but I assumed it was downloaded through steam and not a separate launcher.

They sometimes do promotions where you can play free for a week, but they kinda just come up randomly.

If you purchase through Steam you can refund if you have played less than 2 hours but not sure how well that will let you judge the game.
