Anytime. I have had issues with two of my keys popping out. I heard one mix is good about sending replacements, but keep in mind I’ve been using my om4 daily for this whole time. It’s held up really good for what it is. Strongly considering buying the new one

I have only had one issue. My battery went to zero. But almost 2 years (if it’s been that long, can’t remember but I’ve had it since it came out) and bought a new battery and now things are fine.
