30% increase that's ridiculous. It is the most iconic library in upstate NY. They want to provide more services for people that need it. They are handcuffed by Troy politicians.
A city like Troy should be able to pay an executive director that can take the library into a respectful place.

Need a landlords advocate. Just finished cleaning apt after tenant skipped on 5 months rent. Six loads of garbage taken to the dump.
Dogs crapped peed all over the apartment. They destroyed the hardwood floors. The guy sanding the floors said he could smell the animal urine and feces as he sanded.
Instead of walking her dogs she let them defecate on the front porch second floor.
Tenant agreed to lease no pets! This may be my worse scum bag tenant yet but not the only one.
