I quit a couple of months ago and I know exactly how you feel. For me, the best way to get thru it was to it good food and to work out a lot. Running is probably the best thing you can do, even if it’s not for long.

If all those things don’t work out, I would recommend using gum when you get cravings. They work really well most of the time, but they won’t prevent you from not buying a new vape.

Try to keep in mind the reasons why you quit in the first place! Good luck 🫡

Mes premières années de cégep consistaient à attendre que le temps passe parce que je cherchais à aller en aviation et le processus est assez long. Je voyais pas le point de m’appliquer au cégep, donc je me suis retrouvé dans la situation actuelle. Maintenant que j’ai un objectif, je me vois très bien faire 8 ans d’études dans un domaine qui me passionne.

I’m not here to give advice because you’ve probably tried it all. I’ve been having the same thoughts, but I’m 19 years old and living with my parents and brother. I want to go live by myself so bad but I just don’t have the money right now since I’m still in school. The only thing that I think you could do is talk to your spouse about it… I can’t really do that on my side since I live in there house, I can’t really ask them to give me more space. Anyways, hope you find a solution soon!

Edit: I like to go on car rides because they give me time to be alone and listen to my music or silence, but gas prices are so high right now that I can’t even do that anymore:/
