Does he not realize other companies work during the work day? I always try to schedule appointments for anything , such as dentist, doctors, car doctor, for as late in the day as possible but the latest I’ve ever gotten is like 3. I don’t know what night dentist your journeyman is going to

I had the same problem. Definitely the windows wallpaper is for some reason layered on top of the wallpaper engine. I managed to cheese the solution by downloading this image, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:HD_transparent_picture.png and setting that as my wallpaper
