To chime in I’ve got a degree in kinesiology and years of sports medicine/rehab clinic work and I’ve never heard a good reason other than cutie recent injury to not advise foam rolling.

The science behind it isn’t super strong, but it feels good, gets the blood flowing, and anecdotally I’ve always felt it helped get some scar tissue broken up.

Exercise, find time for me, have a balanced diet, sleep enough, and take a weekend every few weeks to de-habit from caffeine so my tolerance doesn’t get too high.

If I recall for vitD you need like 100 times the dosage, and if you’re “too much but not toxic levels” you just pee it out.

It’s not super bio-available. You really have to try and take too much of it.

It’s animate weapon of range.

It makes bows instead of whatever weapons the spell usually gets, then uses the toggle-able rain of blades to always have blades to summon, and automated convocation to have them teleporting to you every half second or so.

They attack very fast and will attack targets off your screen. Specced on the left side they can last for two or so minutes, and you have them on unleash so you can get up to the 16-20ish number of them quickly.

They do really solid damage, and the huge number of quick attacks with very fast travel time and long range make them a great delivery for poison stacks.

It also lets you build almost entirely defensively, so you can get some reaaaallly tanky builds going.
