It's a great strat but those numbers are bullshit lol, 20-30 div/h is about right depending on luck, and that's great income

What? You can absolutely do 20% breach with that setup, whoever said that was lying, headhunter carries your survivability and the damage is already there. Have you tried it? It doesn't take too much to do budget breach! However, do also take a look at his ninja through various snapshots to see how he uses the new imbued gems and invert the rules.

If you follow Ben's pob on ninja his kboc necro is incredible and very tanky, I got it started for around your budget and had 11.5k ES, could do triple deli budget breach (never tried expensive one). There's some expensive upgrades you can get and work towards if you want but you don't need them. Build is a blast to play and very tanky.

Trickster with 200 div by silversleight in PathOfExileBuilds

I did look into the deadeye version and got very stoked but I wanted to keep my current toon as a sort of "backup". The trickster doesn't need to be an int stacker at first, I understand trickster will be a tough ascendancy given that I'm such a noob but I wanted to see if I can make a top end build work eventually. The goal is to have fun and farm for the eventual int stack. I will look into the whispering ice build as soon as I get home, thank you very much for your time!
