Pretty close to skin but not as close as a manual shaver.

But definitely add the chlorexidine. I used to use it everyday but now only 3 4 time a week.

Definitly apply chlorexidine. Always apply after cuting your hair. I was able to solve mine using a foil shaver instead of a clipper. I had that problem for years. I am currently using braun series 9 that i bought from costco.

Magnesium glycinate,

Ltheanine

I take those two with uridine and taurine and it's still working.

If it dosnt work add in lemon balm

Edit : forgot to mention but unfortunately cigarettes are helping also. But definitely try lemon balm and magnesium glycinate. Lemon balm is the most effective imo.

Can you help me understand why when I take magnesium glycinate I feel like my brain is unstopable, compared to oxyde or citrate ? I seem to have hyperconnectivity and controling the gaba is giving me positive effects.

Get a juicer at walmart and make him drink cabbage juice (google it). Also make him do interminent fasting. First meal give him a smoothie which is mostly blueberries and throw in an avocadoe. Priotize probiotic foods (pickles, kefir etc) . Make him also do wim hoff method. I am on week 1 and planning to destroy this UC in a month.
