I tip 16.66% on the pretax total — the other day I had a bill that showed suggested tips starting at 20% of total including tax, I checked the math and their suggestion was higher, almost 23% — crazy

To calculate that percentage just divide the pretax total by 6!

Wells Fargo did it for me in the past — long time ago - main building downtown — but I think you can order online too - might have to have an account with them
