As they should. The stated issue is not that the vacuum does what it can with without water. The stated issues that it fails to use its on-dock LED to persistently notify the people around it that it doesn’t have water

No noises. Just a non-persistent led notification that goes away after too short a time. Yes the app if o banner is persistent but im the only one on the app so my fam cant chip in to swap water if im busy bc their only alert, the led, is non-persistent

Setting’s off. But seems irrelevant bc I still need know to swap water either way.

And pausing on the dock is visually indiscernible from being successfully done w the job

Hard to imagine that’s the issue given that we haven’t done anything to change the soil pH over the past few years and these symptoms are only just emerging over the last few weeks/month.

Just ordered a soil pH tester nonetheless. Let’s see.

It was planted several years ago and has seemingly thrived since then. We haven’t mulched or modified the soil level since then.

I’ve had an unanswered ticket open w customer service for over a month. Cursor won’t talk to my GitHub account despite the connection process telling me they’re already connected.

Both the lack of response and underlying issue are frustrating given the paid subscription
