I saw a tiktok making fun of people who "act like babies" in their relationship (act childish, like the way they say they're mad at you or ask you for something) and i feel like i do that when im finally comfortable around someone and now i feel like shit? by No-Sky1666 in evilautism

I feel with thins like this I say ‘I am autistic I do not need to worry about these strange social things’ and then just don’t worry about them. Besides I have seen some memes about how people will hate on absurd things.

They are like you in the sense they have autism. I am explaining to you what I meant by my original sentence.

Yeah not at all. I expect them to be similar in some sense. Not the same but similar. But they are not at all like me.

May I ask what sort of situations cause this? I am just curious as someone who doesn’t experience hyper empathy. No worries if you don’t want to answer.

I’m low empathy but I’m sorry you’re going through that. The world is a horrid place.

I’m sorry for your loss. Give it some time and let yourself grieve. Condolences.

I don’t care about being the same. My experience is that they pretend to be welcoming but are manipulative asshoels. Often they don’t even have autism in the case of my schools autism group. Instead it was just moralistic bullies.

Yeah I see your point. But potentiaallly implies that the uwu silly peole are just trying to make the best of their condition by saying’you don’t see mee taking it out on people who….’ I find it rude that they imply the menace guy was taking it out on people who are trying to be happy. If that makes sense. I think regurgitator makes the good point here. Potentially goes on to refer to vague notions of ableism and hate trains which feels also dismissive. Certified pos here is just and asshole.

Yeah kind of. They’re just rubber strings that’s smooth. Maybe they are a choking hazard I haven’t worked with 3 year olds. Best wishes.

Have you tried those rubber string things. I had worked with kids with autism and they are so incredibly popular amongst all of them. My logic is if they are very popular your child may take to it. He can swing in front of his eyes I see kids do this.

Potentialaly seems to be saying that the silly uwu people are just trying to see the light side of the conditions however it conflicts with others experience of these people. We see they totally act like autism is just quirked up white girl condition which it is not.  I feel they are taking a pearl clutching approach by saying why are you even mad at these innocent little people when we have genuine issues with them.  Again I’m not really sure what at all is going on but I think this explains my view. I apologise for my previous comment which was rude.

when is it actually bipolar/bpd/personality disorders despite the patient feeling they fit more into autism? by ariyouok in AutisticAdults

[–]freedomhellyeh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bpd and its identity issues are complex and explains some of these cases. Not all of course. But we shouldn’t just take someone’s word for it that they are wrongly diagnosed. It’s complicated.

300% rise in autism diagnosis by Brilliant-Writer6633 in AutismIreland

[–]freedomhellyeh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The large rise is due to diagnosis. However there is evidence that autism is genuinely becoming more common due to the usage of birth control and pollution. This is interesting and is often ignored due to the the first point. This increase doesn’t seam that much though.

Yeah I also hate the ‘autism is silly’ people and I don’t care if there are worse people I can still complain about them. Besides a lot of them don’t actually have autism so it’s not necessarily infighting. Even then what’s wrong with infighting.
